About the Firm
Built by founders. Run for founders.
We didn’t learn your world from a textbook. We’ve started companies, signed the leases, negotiated the deals, and protected the brands ourselves. Maslavi & Maslavi is two brothers who practice law the way operators wish lawyers would.
Our Approach
We’ve sat on your side of the table.
Most lawyers advise businesses from the outside. We’ve built them from the inside. Between us, we’ve founded and operated companies, taken on partners, leased and renovated real estate, and grown brands, which means when you bring us a problem, we’ve usually lived some version of it already.
That changes the advice you get. We don’t hand you a memo of risks and wish you luck. We tell you what we would do, why, and what it costs to get it wrong, because we’ve made these calls with our own money on the line.
Our Attorneys
Two brothers. One firm.
Maslavi & Maslavi is exactly what the name says: two brothers who built things first and became the lawyers they wished they’d had. You get counsel from people who know your needs because they’ve had your needs.
